Here the espresso is no exception. They serve it in a large, drip-coffee-sized Steelite cup - practically a mug - and it's filled high as if it were drip coffee. With a thin film of pale crema and a flavor of mellow spice with some herbal elements, Bob's does espresso because it's sort of expected - not because it is any good.
