And they know proudly display their choice of Caff� Roma beans on their dessert menus. You can even order a "cortado" (an espresso with a bit of steamed milk, aka, a macchiato in Spanish). However, they pull an espresso with a medium brown crema that barely covers the surface of the cup. With a large water:coffee ratio, it naturally tastes of mild, watered-down pepper and spices. Ol�.
