|Espresso bar has a few indoor tables plus seating in the Crocker Galleria Courtyard (which sports heat lamps in colder weather). They use a three-group La Marzocco Linea machine, but they also have a Faema E91 Diplomat at the ready for the morning rush. With it, they produce espresso with a modest layer of medium brown crema in a lone ceramic (and sometimes paper) cup. (It might even be a mug if you order a double espresso.) Smoky, herbal flavor lacks any sweetness despite their quality equipment and the proper serving size. But seeing as it used to be a thinner, paler crema over a less flavorful cup a few years ago, it's better than it has been.
