They'll ask if you want your espresso before or after your meal - which is a better sign than their storage of the portafilter handles on the Grimac grill indicate. Only one guy in the place actually knows how to operate the machine; he tamps well, but pours in a measly 10". Espresso is served with a very thin, dark brown crema that dissipates quickly into just a thin ring. An aroma of cheap espresso, but with a rich body that beats those expectations. Flavor of spice and pepper with some smoke. Served in a simple ceramic cup with no saucer.
