|SF outlet of a Pittsburg, CA coffee house. Near Glen Park, though technically Sunnyside. Sponge-painted walls, a reading library, several tables, and some window counterspace. Two rough sidewalk tables & chairs. Generally quiet - outside of the morning rush, where many neighborhood construction contractors get their wake-up brew. Better training is needed, as the barista stored the portafilter handles atop the machine. Their espresso comes with a faint ring of pale crema. Light, drip-like body, and served in a traditional drip coffee cup. It presents a decent, albeit diluted, flavor of pepper and some spice.
