|Another airport coffee kiosk, located near Gate 73 (known as "Peet's 72") in a small food court, follows the other Peet's licensees in the airport: a lot of Peet's merchandising, two fully automatic Schaefer machines, and batistas whose minds are clearly elsewhere (just like U.S. franchises in Europe). They squirt out espresso shots with an inconsistent layer of pale, persistent crema with larger bubbles. Light, but not exceptionally thin, body. With a slightly burnt pepper flavor that's bold and forward. Inconsistent, slightly dishwater-like milk frothing. Hurray for consistency, as it's the same product and experience a few gates over at #70.
