|This small caf and convenience store is tucked away in the bowels of 1 Maritime Plaza, at the street level and accessible from the building entrance along Clay Street. They have a couple of tall tables with stools in one corner, but otherwise this is typically a place to grab and go. The super-friendly staffers pull shots of espresso from their two-group Rio with an even, richer-looking, medium brown crema of decent thickness. The flavor is darker, with a smoky tobacco flavor but yet no real ashiness. This is a full-bodied, old school espresso that shies away from the modern habits of really bright shots - and they do it pretty well.
