|This is one confused place run by Eastern European staff that's part deli, part Italian, and part Mexican. Breakfast items, sandwiches, and coffee. There's booth seating along the back wall. Using a two-group La Spaziale, the pull shots with a whisp of a medium brown crema that looks like the late stages of male pattern baldness. It's a potent, short shot - oddly served in large paper cups. Flavorwise, it's mostly smoky but not ashy. But most notable is the amount of grinds left at the bottom of the cup. As if we were drinking French press coffee without the press, this by far was the most grinds-choking espresso we've ever had. Even Turkish coffee at least leaves finer grinds in the suspension.
