|This primarily ice cream shop opened on the Santa Fe Plaza in 2014 serving Häagen-Dazs, chocolate confections, and coffee. They're not too slouchy, given that they use a two-group Synesso machine - albeit beans from a Minnesota roaster of unknown origin. The shop has dozens of seeats for mostly ice cream patrons, and there's a pretty quick rotation where the patrons don't linger. They pull shots with a darker to medium brown crema of modest thickness. What's notable is the full, syrupy body in the white ceramic cup (Richard Ginori discount cups of the "Coffee Line RGG Linea Caffè" line). It has a pungent flavor with darker notes of spices and some chocolate. Not bad. Served on a tray with a side of sparkling water.
