|This popular local pizza and salumi spot sits on Geyserville's downtown strip - reminiscent of a modernized old Western town. There are brick walls, wood floors and tables, and a couple of sections for restaurant diners. There's a wood-fired pizza oven at the back and Peroni on tap (nothing like the bottles). At the bar is a custom, three-group espresso machine made of the exhaust system of a Ducati dirt bike. They pull shots of Ecco Caffè with a thin, even, lighter brown crema that suggests a lot of room for improvement. Sure enough, it has a lighter flavor profile of mild spices. Served with a biscotto on the side in Front of the House cups.
