|A popular Napa Valley restaurant since 1984. They use a two-group UNIC Phoenix Twin at the bar to pull shots with a layer of medium brown crema that can vary from thin to a little thicker, textured and mottled. The serving temperature can be rather lukewarm occasionally. The taste is relatively potent and flavorful: spice and cloves but not much wood. Served in designer Illy IPA cups. Doubles are now a ridiculous $6.25, but they aren't executed too badly and can be creamy, dense enough, and flavorful. Milk frothing can be uneven, stiff, but not unacceptable.
