|This is the newest location of this caf chain since their Market location closed down in 2006. The space is rather airy and light for a coffeehouse/caf, and they have numerous tables and bench seating to handle a lunch crowd (again, there's a big emphasis on food here). Using a newer two-group, Mr. Espresso-branded Faema, they pull an espresso with a bare ring of medium brown crema along the rim of the cup. It has a pungent (though not entirely pleasant) aroma and fuller body. The shot is relatively short, making it flavorable and distinguishable from drip (it primarily has a deep herbal pungency). They say they "proudly serve Panache coffees". I wouldn't be proud of that so much as their ability to make something drinkable out of it. Their baristas also properly clean their equipment during slowdowns.
