They roast daily and run a few highly regarded cafés in Portland. At least to start (it has since spread to New York and around the world.) Owner Duane Sorenson has Bay Area influence with Ritual Coffee Roasters and a partnership in Four Barrel Coffee in SF. But hopefully there will be more opportunities to sample Stumptown beans at local SF cafés.
Although Stumptown cafés can be a touch underwhelming, their Guatemala Finca El Injerto - La Cima was arguably the best coffee we had in 2012. |
