A juice, wrap, and coffee bar found in some airports. They may use a three-group La Cimbali, but they leave the portafilter handles stored cold outside the machine - and they serve Metropolitan coffee. Two very disturbing signs. The resulting espresso has absolutely no crema but some odd surface splotches that make you think "Valdez oil spill". It has a flavor of ash and tobacco, but they managed to produce a por small enough to avoid being nasty. Here's an example of what should have been a terrible espresso that is somewhat saved just by producing a proper serving size.
