Review
This window kiosk to the main Royal Exchange (inside hours: 11am-11pm M-F) has been open for a couple of years, offering sidewalk passersby with coffee and food items to go. Using a two-group Super 3000 La Spaziale, the pull shots with a thin, patchy film of lighter brown crema. However, the cup shows good potency in a short shot - poured at the bottom of a Mr. Espresso-logo paper cup. Flavorwise, it has a mellow, herbal pungency of cloves and some pepper.
