Presentation is is a measure of how well the espresso is served.
Is the espresso served in a thick-walled ceramic cup with artistic designs? Or is it served in a chipped cup with coffee grounds and spillage accumulated in the mismatched saucer? Worse yet, is it served in a paper cup like Kool-AidŽ at a child's birthday party? (More on cups later.)
Does the barista simply toss it your way or present it with pride?
